IMPORTANT FLIGHT INFORMATION FOR THE
2013 FLIGHT SEASON
The 2013 Flight Season has ended, please check back for information on 2014 flights.
Honor Flight NWO does not call or solicit funds in public places under any circumstances.
Flights for veterans are at no cost to the veteran. Guardians are asked to pay for their cost of training and supplies, etc. Payment is never requested by credit card over the phone.
If you receive a call asking for money or a request in public not at a fundraising event, please report it to the police and then to one of the board members.

If you plan to attend the morning "send off" (12:00 AM - 2:00 AM)
and/or the evening "welcome home" (12:00 AM - 1:30 AM), then please
note the following.
Parking will be limited.
Everyone requesting access to the hangar (to attend
the morning and/or the evening ceremonies) must provide
a current/valid photo ID. Those under 18 do not have to provide an ID
-- as long as they are accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other adult.
All others will not be allowed access into
Veterans will be subject to
a minimally-invasive screening by TSA agents prior to boarding the aircraft.
Guardians may be subject to
a more thorough search if deemed necessary by the TSA agents.
Liquids, gels, and aerosols are
permitted in 3-ounce containers, placed in a 1-quart-size, clear plastic,
zip-top bag (one bag per traveler).
Medically-necessary liquids like insulin are permitted
and must be declared to a TSA agent at the checkpoint.
